Laser-engraving
Laser engraving is a sophisticated technique that reveals the truly distinctive identity of your product. By precisely penetrating the outermost layer of the material, the laser creates a permanent, high-definition mark. This process is exceptionally versatile, working seamlessly on raw materials like aluminium and wood, as well as on surfaces that have been lacquered or metallised.

FAQ
Q: Does the cap need to be a specific material to be laser-engraved?
A: No. One of the greatest advantages of this technique is its compatibility. We can laser-engrave almost any material, including Surlyn, PP, aluminium, and even natural wood.
Q: Is it possible to apply dye or colour to a laser engraving?
A: Unfortunately, no. Laser engraving and traditional colouring finishes are technically incompatible. The process is designed to showcase the natural contrast of the material itself.
Q: What are the technical limitations of laser engraving?
A: Laser engraving has very few technical constraints. It is most effective on substantial surface areas and is the ideal choice for designs requiring extremely fine line thickness and intricate detail.
